Eric Stegemann brings years of experience and expertise to his role as Director of Strategy for TRIBUS. Having become a REALTOR® before reaching age 20, Eric grew passionate about an industry where responsibility and hard work were rewarded. While loving his days selling real estate, he knew there was a large opportunity and built a technology-oriented brokerage in 2004, River City Real Estate which quickly became the largest independent brokerage in the St. Louis Area. There, he oversaw the development of numerous real estate technology breakthroughs which eventually became the framework for the new technology firm, TRIBUS.

Tracy Weir is the founder and managing partner of August Partners, a strategic digital marketing agency for real estate technology companies, brokers, agents and associations. She is also the founder and principal writer for Eight11.com, a technology and marketing blog for agents and brokers.
Nick Kremydas, Esq. – SCR Chief Executive Officer
Nick is the CEO of the 18,000-member South Carolina REALTORS® (SCR). Nick is a graduate of Francis Marion College and the University of South Carolina School of Law and is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association. Nick served as staff legal counsel in Governor Carroll Campbell’s Administration before joining the REALTORS® in December of 1994. Nick was the Association’s General Counsel and Chief Lobbyist for 12 years and received the REALTOR® Certified Executive (RCE) designation in 2004. In 2006, he was awarded the South Carolina Association of REALTORS® Distinguished Service Award and became CEO of the Association in July of that year. Nick is dedicated to advancing, promoting and defending the American Dream of property ownership.
Lindsay Jackson – SCR Director of Government Affairs
A native of Bennettsville, SC, Lindsay Jackson graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature. She continued her post-graduate education at the University of South Carolina where she obtained a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a focus on State Government and Communication. Lindsay has a variety of political experience and has worked previously with the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and the South Carolina House of Representatives. Lindsay has been a registered lobbyist for four years and has represented a variety of clients on state and local issues. She joined the SC Association of REALTORS® in August 2015.
Byron King – SCR Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Byron is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the South Carolina Association of REALTORS®. He is a graduate of the National Association of REALTORS® Certified Executive (RCE) program, the National Association of REALTORS® Mediation School, the National Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Administrator program, the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS® Leadership Program, and the South Carolina Association of REALTORS® Leadership Program. He has served on the National Association of REALTORS® Risk Management Committee. His duties at the South Carolina Association of REALTORS® include helping brokers manage risks, helping associations manage risks, managing the South Carolina Association of REALTORS® standard real estate forms program, and administering the statewide cooperative professional standards program for 11 of the 16 local associations by handling ethics complaints, arbitration of commission disputes, mediation of disputes, the new citation program and the new ombudsman (ethics mediation) program. He holds several advanced degrees and has experience in several real estate related fields. Additionally, Byron and the association attorneys routinely provide real estate answers, information, education, and training to over 18,000 members every day via conversations and electronic communications.
