MYRTLE BEACH, S.C., October 30, 2019–Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS® (CCAR) is proud to announce that five of our members recently received a National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) committee appointment for the 2020 term.
They are as follows: Jamie Broadhurst, Resort and Second Home Real Estate Committee Member; Radha Herring, Resort and Second Home Real Estate Committee Member; Drew Streett, Insurance Committee Member; Laura Crowther: Association Executives Committee, Board of Directors, REALTOR® Party Trustees for Campaign Services Committee Member; and Charley Ray: REALTOR® Party Member Involvement Committee Member.
“It’s such an honor to be included as one of 18 appointees in South Carolina to serve on a national level in supporting NAR’s policies and its mission to help fellow members become successful,” says Laura Crowther, CEO of CCAR. “I know we will all represent our state well.”
As NAR leaders, the appointees from CCAR will be responsible for maintaining the association’s mission to influence and shape the residential and commercial real estate industries. The NAR, America’s largest trade association, provides a facility for professional development, research, and exchange of information among its 1.3 million members and to the public and government for the purpose of preserving the free enterprise system and the right to own real property.
