Sellers should disclose known issues on the seller disclosure. Seller disclosure is required under the SCR listing agreement. Question #20 asks about underground problems defined to include present defects, malfunctions, damages, conditions, characteristics. Sellers may want to attach copies of any Department of Defense or Army or Navy or Marines letters that they have received on these issues to the seller disclosure.
