To become a member of the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS®, you must make an appointment in order to meet with our membership team and follow the below listed steps to ensure you have the required paperwork…within (7) seven days of placing your license with a company at the Real Estate Commission.
- If you chose an in-person appointment, please bring your real estate license number (If needed, you can find your license number here) and member dues (check or credit/debit card) to the CCAR office at your scheduled time. If you chose to complete your appointment virtually, you will receive additional instructions via email. The fee schedule for new member dues can be found here.
- Fill out the online application by clicking HERE. (IMPORTANT: ONLY COMPLETE ONE (1) APPLICATION) In order to complete this application, you must have a real estate, property management, or appraiser’s license. (DO NOT use this application if you are a new Broker-in-Charge/Office, Appraiser-in-Charge/Office, Affiliate member or a Previous CCAR Realtor/Admin Member…please call membership @ 843-626-3638)
- For in-person joining, please visit the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS® headquarters at 951 Shine Avenue, Myrtle Beach 29577 at your scheduled appointment time. Due to the current state of affairs, unless you need assistance, please DO NOT bring guests/children with you to the appointment. At your appointment, Member Services will review the New Member Welcome Packet with you, which will take approximately 20-30 mins, so please plan accordingly.
