To become a member of the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS® you must make an appointment in order to meet with our membership team and follow the below listed steps to ensure you have the required paperwork
Applications are accepted Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 3:30pm.
- If you chose an in-person appointment, please bring your real estate license number and member dues to the CCAR office at your scheduled time. If you chose to complete your appointment virtually, you will receive additional instructions via email. The fee schedule for new member dues can be found here.
- Fill out the online application. In order to complete this application, you must have a real estate, property management, or appraiser’s license. Please choose “Pay at Association” when prompted for a credit card and DO NOT pay the online application fee with a credit card. The application can be found here.
- Visit the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS® headquarters at 951 Shine Avenue, Myrtle Beach 29577 at your scheduled appointment time. While you are here, Member Services will review the welcome packet with you. This will take approximately 20-30 mins, so please plan accordingly.
- After you join at CCAR, be sure to follow our New Member Checklist that can be found here.
