In addition, you are invited to our member-only events throughout the year, which afford you networking opportunities with other Realtors and Affiliate members, relevant to the Real Estate Industry. 
To become a member of the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS®, you must make either a virtual or in-person appointment with our membership team and follow the steps listed below to ensure you have the required paperwork, within (7) seven days of placing your license with a company at the Real Estate Commission. Appointments are accepted Tuesday – Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

FOLLOW THE BELOW STEPS AFTER MAKING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

DO NOT use this application if you are a new Broker-in-Charge/Office, Appraiser-in-Charge/Office, Affiliate member, or a previous CCAR Realtor®/Admin. Member. Please call the Membership Department at 843-626-3638 for the correct application to be sent to you.

  1. Application to Join: Fill out the online application by clicking here. In order to complete this application, you must have a real estate, property management, or appraiser’s license.  (You can find your license number here.)  IMPORTANT: ONLY COMPLETE ONE (1) APPLICATION.

  2. Once you schedule an appointment and complete the application, you will receive additional instructions via email from Membership. The fee schedules for 2025 dues can be found below for each category of membership. Member dues may be paid with credit/debit card or check (cash is not accepted).

    • New Primary Member dues

    • In-State Secondary Member dues

    • Out-of-State Secondary Member dues

    • MLS-only fees

  3. To join in-person, we will email you before your appointment the instructions to pay the member dues and sign the paperwork with your training on the MLS, Ethics, and Orientation classes.  At your appointment time please visit the CCAR headquarters at 951 Shine Avenue, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Unless you need assistance, please DO NOT bring guests or children with you to the appointment. At your appointment, Member Services will review the New Member Welcome Packet with you, which will take approximately 30 mins. Please plan accordingly.

  4. To join via Zoom, you will receive the Zoom link after scheduling the appointment online. We will email you before your appointment the instructions to pay the member dues and sign the paperwork with your training on the MLS, Ethics, and Orientation classes.  You will need to use a laptop or tablet for the Zoom appointment, NOT a cell phone.  Please also be in a quiet location for the appointment and have your camera turned on.
