Accredited Buyer Representative Two-Day Designation Course

The Accredited Buyer's Representative two-day Designation core course will give you the tools to be confident when working with buyer's in today's market. The overall goals of the Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation (ABR) are to:

· Prepare real estate professionals to represent buyer-clients in real estate transactions and provide the quality of service and degree of_
fidelity to buyers and sellers have customarily enjoyed._
· Offer ideas and methods for building a buyer representation business.
· Develop a self-customized tool for conducting a buyer counseling session._

Upon completion of the two-day course and successfully passing the exam you will have achieved ABR candidate status. A practical experience requirement of acting as a buyer?s representative in 5 documented and verifiable transactions also applied (Valid transactions are those that occurred anything prior and up to 36 months after if date the course was completed). An ABR approved elective course is also required._


Registering for this course requires you to attend the entire seminar._ Refund/Cancellation requests will be accepted up to two (2) business days before class starts. Persons who do not cancel will be charged full tuition. Cancellation requests can be made either through email, phone contact or in person on site. Refunds will not be processed for persons who have attended any portion of the course. Refunds will be processed without request for any classes cancelled by CCAR. Refunds will be made within two weeks of request. If changes are requested less than two (2) business days prior to class, fees may be transferred to another course hosted by CCAR._
