More From CCMLS

  • Paragon MLS Help Site: Click here for the Paragon MLS Help Site.

  • August 12th: CCMLS will be implementing NAR settlement-required MLS changes on August 12th, 2024. It's important to be well versed in these changes and use this time of transition as an opportunity to show your true value.

  • MLS FAQs: Here are a few CCMLS FAQs to get you started. Feel free to call CCMLS at 843-626-3638, option 2 or email mls@ccarsc.org with any additional questions.

    • May a drone photo be used as my primary photo?
Yes, as long as the home or condominium building comprises at least 51% of the photo. The angle of the drone photo must include the sides of the structure, not just the roof.

    • How do I add a section/subdivision or project/section code to Paragon?
Email to mls@ccarsc.org with the exact (1) subdivision or project/section code name, (2) MLS class, and (3) MLS area. All 3 must be included.

    • What do I do if Paragon will not upload my photo?
Usually, this happens if your photo is too small. Paragon will not accept any photo smaller than 640 x 480. Each of these measurements must be equal or higher. It is always a good idea to size your photos a little larger than the minimum.

    • What do I do if I have forgotten my Portal user ID or Password?
Click on the Forgot/Change Password link and a password email will be sent to you. If you still have difficulty accessing the Portal, call CCAR at 843-626-3638.

    • I closed my listing out with incorrect sold information. What do I do?
Call CCMLS at 843-626-3638, option 2.

    • What is the difference between a TMS and a PIN number?
Georgetown and Brunswick counties use TMS (Tax Map Submap) numbers and Horry County uses a PIN (Parcel Identification Number). It is acquired from tax records. For manufactured homes on leased land, contact the county tax office for a PIN for structures (Horry County: 843-915-5041). Tax map # for Horry and Georgetown counties need to be formatted. Horry County will use only PIN: 12312312312 (11 digits total). A Georgetown County example: 04-0194C-024-00-00 OR 41-0107-095-00-00. Any other counties do not have to be formatted.

    • How many days do I have to enter a listing?
You have 3 business days from the date on the listing agreement.

    • How many days do I have to change status in a listing (not including sold)?
You have 3 business days from the date of the change form or contract.

    • How many days do I have to close out a listing as sold?
You have 5 business days from the recording date. (Recording date may not be the same as a closing date.)

    • May I copy pictures from another website to use in my listing?
No, this is copyright infringement. It is an automatic $300 fine upon discovery, and it is also a federal crime. Photographers can track use of their photos online and can impose stiff fines, in addition to disciplinary actions by CCAR.

    • I have switched brokerages and I can no longer maintain my listings.
Your former Broker in Charge must email CCAR an approval to switch listings to your new brokerage. Pending listings typically stay with the original brokerage.

    • How do I add an MLS search option to my website?
This is called an IDX feed and you may complete an application on our website.
