Service

Community Outreach and Housing Opportunity
Advisory Group

Our organization is deeply committed to enhancing the quality of life within our community. We achieve this by creating meaningful opportunities for our members to support various charitable organizations through dedicated service. One of our key initiatives is our partnership with Habitat for Humanity, where we focus on fundraising and building homes for local families in need.

The core objective of our advisory group is to fundraise each year to support the construction of one home. We also actively seek out vendors who can help by donating essential supplies and labor. This advisory group welcomes participation from both REALTORS® and Affiliates and involves a one-year commitment that includes both fundraising and hands-on building efforts.

Members of this group pledge to volunteer a minimum of 60 hours over the course of the year and contribute approximately $350 to support charitable causes. This shared commitment of time and resources will play an important role in strengthening our community.

Any(all) events must be submitted with a project analysis worksheet and approved by the CCAR BOD.
