2026 CCMLS Board of Directors
The slate of candidates below was put forward by the CCMLS Nominating Task Force. It was voted on by the current CCMLS Board of Directors and confirmed by the CCAR Board of Directors.
President
Seth June is a Partner and practicing agent at S.H. June Real Estate. He has served on the CCAR Housing Opportunity Committee, Community Outreach Committee, YPN, Legislative Advisory Council, and is a graduate of Leadership CCAR. He is also currently serving as the CCMLS Vice President and CCAR RPAC Vice Chair. Seth is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University where he served as the Vice President for the Carolinas Region of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
Vice President
Troy Jones is the Managing Broker of the Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage offices in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. Having lived in Horry County most of his life and originally obtaining his SC Real Estate License in 2006, he has almost 20 years of sales and customer service experience. Troy works directly with associated licensees as a non-competing broker to ensure the highest level of integrity and service. Married for seventeen years and the father of two beautiful girls, he spends much of his spare time with the family- boating and enjoying the attractions along the Grand Strand.
Secretary/Treasurer
Luke Anderson is a proud husband, father, and 7 generation native of Horry County. After a decade of corporate project management for BlueCross BlueShield of SC, he joined the real estate industry in 2018. As part of the Anderson Team at Beach & Forest Realty with his wife Adrianne, Luke prides himself on serving others and making a difference in the community. Luke was a member of the LeadershipCCAR class of 2022 and currently serves on the Legislative Advisory Council and the Professional Education Advisory Group. He is a staunch supporter of RPAC and is part of YPN Pledge where he will invest $10,000 in RPAC over 10 years. When he’s not helping others in real estate, Luke enjoys playing music, gardening, brewing beer, and has led a weekly mentor group for high school aged young men since 2012.
Past President
Michelle Duncan was born and raised in Conway. In 2012, she decided to dive into a real estate career after being a teacher and stay at home mom. After several years on her own and seeing her business grow, she and her son, Ford, formed a real estate team, The Duncan Group, in 2017. With continued success, they knew it was time to grow again, and in 2019 opened their own independent brokerage, Duncan Group Properties. With a commitment to agent growth and to helping agents have longevity in the industry, Michelle is focused on details, mindset, knowledge and skills. She is currently serving as the CCMLS President.
Three-Year Director
Brad Maloch is a proud father to his two sons Easton and Declan. Brad spent more than a decade serving our country in the Military Intelligence Corp for the United States Army and in the private sector of the intelligence community for the United States government. With a specialization of human intelligence and a proud history of serving, Brad chose real estate to have the opportunity to still serve others in a meaningful way while building long-term friendships. Brad strongly supports RPAC as a Major Investor and the YPN Pledge where he pledges to invest $10,000 in RPAC over 10 years. Brad is a 2021 LeadershipCCAR graduate and is currently in the 2025 SCR leadership academy. Currently Brad is Co-Chair for CCAR Task Force Care that raises money for RAFT.
One-Year Director
During Jim Adams's 38+ years in real estate, he has been involved in just about every aspect of this business. He has owned his own firm, been an agent and then Broker-In-Charge and manager of franchise organizations, independents, and for builders and developers and have been involved in commercial and business sales. He obtained and maintains the designations of CRS, Certified Residential Specialist and CRB, Certified Brokerage Manager. He stays abreast of things constantly happening and changing in our industry and handles training for agents on these changes, our forms and their usage, and most aspects of being an ethical real estate agent. He looks forward to serving our MLS and its continued success.
