Purpose: The CCAR-Commercial Investment Division (CID) unites those REALTOR® members which are actively engaging in the listing, selling, leasing, and appraising of commercial real estate. The CID offers valuable marketing and technology tools as well as providing a voice for issues affecting and shaping the Grand Strand.
The CID membership consists of more than 50 local commercial REALTORS® as well as a staff, which is dedicated to technology and data tools, support and legislative policy. Business meetings are held quarterly and networking events are scheduled throughout the year consisting of Broker Forums, Deal Making Events, and after hour events.
