Vote

Local candidates are reviewed by the CCAR Candidate Screening Committee, then selected based on their affiliation with REALTOR® values. State candidates are recommended to SCR by the same committee and are approved by SCR. CCAR represents the REALTOR® Party, a powerful alliance of REALTORS® and REALTOR® associations with a mission to develop the kinds of public policies and candidates that build strong communities, protect property interests and nurture a healthy business environment.

Act

CCAR encourages REALTORS® to have their voice be heard when necessary in a call to action with their legislator and elected officials. We take this area of membership seriously, which is why we’re constantly keeping members up to date with the latest laws and news that affect real estate, via emails and newsletters, and need your support.

Invest

When you invest in RPAC, 100 percent of these funds go toward the support of candidates at the national, state and local levels that represent REALTORS® and advocate for the issues vital to our industry. With this financial backing, the power of our collective voice will be strengthened and heard, from local city halls across the country to the nation’s capital.
