To remain efficient and provide the highest quality of member service, CCAR has transitioned to the Coastal Portal. Solid Earth and Growthzone, our new platforms, will enhance the way we communicate with our members and provide you with one-click access to all of your tools. We are excited about these new offerings and all that they will provide for us to serve you better. Please review the information below for answers to many questions you may have. We appreciate your patience as we continue to work through this transition!

Initial FAQs

  • What is my username?

Your username is your five digit MLS ID number. 

  • How do I access the single sign-on (SSO) for Paragon, Zipforms, etc.? 

Members received a welcome email on May 21st which includes a link to log-in for the first time. You will use your MLS ID (or email) as your username. This is your single sign-on. You will be prompted to create a new password. Please watch the video below for a preview of the initial log-in process. 

On the Coastal Portal, you will see icon buttons for Growthzone, Paragon, Zipforms, etc. You will need to click on the corresponding icon to visit that website but you will not need to log in again. 

  • What is a single sign-on member portal? 

The Coastal Portal is a centralized, secure platform that gives CCAR members and CCMLS subscribers one-click access to all of their essential MLS tools and services in one place-streamlining workflows and eliminating multiple logins. 

  • Who do I contact if I've followed all of the instructions and still cannot gain access to the new Coastal Portal?

If you are still experiencing an error, please call CCAR at 843-626-3638 for assistance. 

  • Is the portal secure? 

Yes, the platforms use modern encryption and authentication protocols to protect user data and system access.

  • Can users save login information or use FaceID/TouchID? 

The ability to support biometric login features is coming very soon. If your device does not support biometric authentication, a password can always be used to access the Coastal Portal. 

 

How do I log-in for the first time? 

On May 21st, members received a welcome email from ccarinfo@ccarsc.org with a link to log-in for the first time. Each member's initial login link is unique. You will use your MLS ID (or email) as your username but you will need to create a new password. Your existing password will not work. 

Watch the video below for a glimpse at what the Coastal Portal will look like once you click on the login link.

Step 1: Click on the link to activate your account.

Step 2: Create a password and click 'Update'.

Step 3: Welcome to the new Coastal Portal! You will see icon buttons, including those for Paragon and Growthzone.

Step 4: Click on the Growthzone button on the right side of the screen to continue your activation process.

Step 5: You have now arrived at the Growthzone InfoHub. We’re excited to roll out this new member benefit!

 

Step 6: It is important to visit each of the following links:

    • “My Billing Info”: View invoices and pay any outstanding balances.
    • “My Directory Listing”: The information you provide here will be automatically populated to our member/affiliate directory on our website.
    • “My Info”: This is the contact information we have on file for you. Please let us know if it is inaccurate. 
    • “Events”: Here, you will be able to register for events and classes offered by CCAR/CCMLS.

 

Step 7: You’re encouraged to visit the Growthzone InfoHub regularly.

How do I log-in after I've set up my new account? 

The URL for the Coastal Portal is https://ccar.mysolidearth.com

Please bookmark this site for future use. You will use your MLS ID or email and your newly created password to access the Coastal Portal.

 

How do I pay my bill? 

All billing will now take place through Growthzone. Please note that autopay cannot be used for monthly billing. 

Please see the steps below for accessing invoices, viewing balances, and paying them via Growthzone. 

How do I register for a class or event? 

To register for classes or events, please see the screenshots or instructional video below.

  • After going to the Growthzone InfoHub, you will see two options for viewing events. On the top right of the Hub, there is an "Upcoming Events" section where you can see classes and events occurring soon. If you click on an event listed here, you'll be brought to the registration page for that event directly. There is also an "Events" button on the left for a more detailed view of events and classes throughout 2025. You can choose to view the calendar as a list or month view. Clicking on events on this list will also bring you to the event's registration page.
