To become a member of the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS®, you must make a Zoom appointment with our membership team and fill out the application.

DO NOT use this application if you are an Affiliate member. Please click here for Affiliate Membership appointment and application. If you are an agent or broker with a company (not Broker in Charge or Appraiser in Charge), please click here to schedule an appointment and complete the application.

Applications are accepted Tuesday – Thursday from 10:00am to 3:00pm.

Membership Types

  • New Primary Member: Has not previously held primary membership with CCAR, and wants CCAR to be their main (primary) membership location for REALTOR® affiliation.

  • In-State Secondary Member: A Realtor® member who is a primary member of another Association in the state of South Carolina.

  • Out-of-State Secondary Member: A Realtor® member who is a primary member of another Association outside of South Carolina.

  • MLS-only: A primary member of another Association who would like to join CCAR to have access to only CCMLS.

FOLLOW THE BELOW STEPS AFTER MAKING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

    1. You will receive additional instructions via email from Membership within 2-3 business days. The fee schedules for 2026 dues can be found below for each category of membership. Member dues may be paid with credit/debit card or check (cash is not accepted).

      • New Primary Member dues

      • In-State Secondary Member dues

      • Out-of-State Secondary Member dues 

      • MLS-only fees
