RAFT (REALTOR® Assistance Fund Trust) is a trust fund, managed by the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS® through the Waccamaw Community Foundation. The sole purpose is to provide financial assistance to REALTORS®, Affiliates and their immediate families who face financial hardship due to serious or catastrophic illness.
RAFT is funded by monetary donations, gifts and transfers from general CCAR funds, proceeds from the annual Mark Sloan Memorial Cancer Golf tournament and the Clay Shotgun Tournament, and interest from proceeds from Real Estate, lender or other escrow funds.

RAFT MEMORIAL WALKWAY AT CCAR
To date, RAFT has provided financial assistance of nearly $100,000 for deserving recipients.
