Who we are:
Formed in 2022, Coastal Carolinas Multiple Listing Service, Inc. (CCMLS) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS®. In the spirit of collaboration, our local broker marketplace connects buyers and sellers of real estate through their respective brokers and agents. We currently serve more than 5,000 MLS subscribers. Our mission is to enhance the ability of REALTOR® members to serve their customers and clients.
